Beneath the busyness, expectations and responsibilities of everyday life lives a deeper, instinctive part of you — one that remembers how to listen, trust and move through life from a place of inner knowing.

Join me for a deeply immersive Chakradance® journey through the Base Chakra, the energy centre associated with grounding, belonging, vitality, instinct and our connection to the Earth.

Through guided meditation, music, free-flowing movement and personal reflection, you'll be invited to journey inward and connect with your Power Animal — a symbolic guide that may offer qualities, wisdom or insight that you need at this time in your life.

You don't need any dance experience, and there are no steps to learn. Chakradance is about turning your attention inward, allowing the music to guide your body and trusting your own unique experience.

During Our Journey

Together, we will experience:

• ❤️ A grounding connection with the Base Chakra

• 🌿 A guided meditation journey to connect with your Power Animal

• 🐾 A free-flowing Chakradance experience where you'll be invited to embody the energy and qualities of your animal

• ✍️ Quiet journaling and reflection to explore any messages, insights or wisdom that arose

• ✨ A gentle closing to help you ground and integrate your experience

Your experience is completely your own. Your Power Animal may appear clearly, symbolically, as a feeling or perhaps not at all during the workshop. There is nothing you need to force and no "right" way to experience the journey. Simply come with curiosity and an open heart.

What to Bring

To help you feel comfortable and delve more deeply into your journey, please bring:

• Yoga mat and/or blanket

• Pillow

• Eye mask or another comfortable eye covering

• Journal and pen

• Water bottle
